Instructions :
Unzip the downloaded file, pick whichever flavor you prefer and place it in your Mods folder.
Will conflict with any mod that alters this file :

Known issue :
If you remove the mod, skills will go back to the way they should have been without the mod, there is no way to fix that because of how the mod works.
