the home studio lot trait will now include fabrication and candle making
i haven’t made any changes to the default modifiers, just updated it to include fabrication
will conflict with any mod that changes the tuning for the home studio lot trait
10% boost to Painting, Writing, and Fabrication skill gains. Sims will receive craft-related whims more often, and will output significantly higher-quality crafted objects.
