Passive house. This house is fully ecological and self-sufficient. It contains all the necessary equipment that allows Sim to live without work.
A large vegetable garden will feed a large family!
On the roof of the house they were placed special solar panels and wind turbines. In this house – there are very low bills!

– you sell water
In the house there are:

– 3 bathrooms
– kitchen
– a large living room
Outside:
– 2 terraces
– a large yard with a place to relax and grill
– a large vegetable garden
– insect breeding
