Sims 4 Marina Road (no CC)

The three colorful townhouses that make up Marina Road are located right next to Whiskerman’s Wharf and offer beautiful views over the harbor and the ocean beyond. Unfortunately, the Sims 4 doesn’t allow (yet…? #wishfulthinking) for lots to be split into actual separate, functional apartments, but you could still have multiple families move into the houses and use some clever door-locking magic to make sure they all stay in their respective homes. Or you could just pick one of the houses and keep the other two as decoration. Whatever you wish!
All three houses are fully furnished and decorated, and have a small back garden with access to the wharf.
Marina Road was built on a 20×20 lot (Ragdoll Refurb) in Brindleton Bay.
Left house:
– Ground floor: kitchen/dining (including washing machine) – living room – toilet
– First floor: master bedroom – child’s bedroom – bathroom
– Second floor (attic): study
Middle house:
– Ground floor: living room – kitchen/dining – toilet
– First foor: master bedroom – teen’s bedroom – bathroom – study – European laundry on landing
Right house:
– Ground floor: open plan kitchen, dining, and living room – toilet
– First floor: master bedroom – child’s bedroom – bathroom – laundry room
