This house is a contemporary home for a family of about 5 sims originally built on the lot Asphalt Adobes in Newcrest. Inside, there is a open plan kitchen/living room/dining room on the first floor, along with bathroom and a bedroom made for a teen girl. Going upstairs, there is the master bedroom with an en suite and balcony. There is also another bathroom along with 2 bedrooms; 1 for a little girl and 1 for a little boy. Additionally, there is a small party room leading to a balcony, which has a nice view of the backyard patio area. The backyard patio area has a barbecue and seating for outdoor dining.

My game is the Sims 4 Digital Deluxe Edition. I have the Get to Work Expansion Pack, Holiday Game Pack, and Outdoor Retreat Game Pack. It is updated to the latest patch.
This creation uses Get to Work (trash bin in kitchen, bookshelf on second floor), Outdoor Retreat (columns in backyard), and Up All Night Digital Content (light in party room).
Cheats used: Move Objects (bb.moveobjects)
The barbecue still works, even though it cuts into the half-walls and tables.
No CC (Custom Content) used.
