As the name imply the house is black and white, it is also a not so ordinary house because the entrance of the house is down below. Although the house is mainly black and white, the inside features a colorful rooms: living room, kitchen and dining, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and an outdoor space. One of the bedrooms is design for your sim’s twins if they have, but if they don’t have you can always change the layout of the room and design it for sim’s needs.
Creator Notes
No CC used in this house. While I was taking the screenshots of the house I noticed that 2 bathrooms were missing the sink, I put the sinks back before I uploaded it here. If it’s sill missing you can just put it back easily. And one of the bedroom is missing a dresser, like the sinks you can put it easily too. Of course you can modify the house if you didn’t like the furnishing. Thank you for downloading and have an awesome day!
