Modern house built on one floor. Behind the house there is a pool with a relaxation area with ba, hot tub and tables to drink with barbecue and picnic tables for outdoor dining. The entrance is on the side of the house and a large living room with huge windows that let you see the outside, on the right side of the entry there is the sauna and kitchen with dinette. The kitchen also includes a bar and a small sitting room for parties. Then we have three bedrooms with personal bathrooms, all rooms have double beds and desks with computers. In the larger room there is also a massage bed, a mat for yoga and equipment for the gym and painting. The lot is positioned in space from size 50×40 .
