Subscription Cancellation Requests
The Sims Catalog does not offer paid subscriptions, memberships, or recurring payments.
If you are trying to cancel a subscription, it is very likely that the subscription was created on another website, such as The Sims Resource, SimsFinds, or another custom content website.
The Sims Catalog is a free custom content directory. We do not charge users to browse, download, save favorites, or use the website.
Why am I seeing this message?
Some visitors contact us because they believe they subscribed through The Sims Catalog, but we do not have any paid subscription system connected to user accounts. This means we are unable to cancel, refund, or manage subscriptions from other websites.
What should I do?
Please check where the payment is coming from by looking at:
- Your bank or card statement
- Your PayPal subscriptions
- Your Apple App Store or Google Play subscriptions
- The email receipt you received when you subscribed
The payment description should show the name of the company or website that charged you. You will need to contact that website directly to cancel your subscription.
Did you subscribe to The Sims Resource?
If your subscription is for The Sims Resource, you will need to contact The Sims Resource support team directly. The Sims Catalog is not connected to The Sims Resource and cannot access or cancel TSR subscriptions.
Can The Sims Catalog cancel it for me?
Unfortunately, no. Since The Sims Catalog does not process subscription payments, we do not have access to your billing details, payment history, or subscription settings.
Still need help?
If you believe you were charged by The Sims Catalog, please include a screenshot of the charge showing the billing name, but make sure to hide any sensitive information such as card numbers, bank details, or personal financial information.
We will be happy to check whether the charge is related to our website, but in most cases subscription charges come from a different website.
