Danville is a beautiful townhouse built in the Second Empire style of the late Victorian period. The first floor has a living room and dining room, each with its own fireplace, a separate study, kitchen, and a half bath. There is a deck off the kitchen for outdoor dining. On the second floor there are two bedrooms for the children, a third bedroom for the in-laws or guests, and a full bath. The third floor is devoted to the master suite, with its ensuite bath and large walk-in closet. The house is surrounded by a lovely garden with a pool and two fountains.<\/p>\n

Creator Notes<\/strong><\/p>\n

This house was built for Sims 4 on the 40×30 Brook Bungalow lot in Willow Creek. I have the Deluxe Edition with Up all Night, Life of the Party, and Holiday Celebration content. My game is patched through 1.3.33.1010.<\/p>\n

You must install the custom content shown below prior to installing this lot if you want the lot to look as pictured. In addition, I have re-sized a few items. To keep the items from reverting to their normal size, you must install the lot as follows: Click on a 40×30 lot. If the lot is vacant, enter Build\/Buy mode, open your library, and place this lot. If there is a house on the lot you have chosen, click on the lot, evict the family if occupied, enter Build\/Buy Mode, bulldoze the existing house, then open your library and place this lot. If you do not see this lot in your library, click on Advanced (left side of screen), and make sure both Include Unowned Content and Include Custom Content are checked. <\/p>\n
