Thanks for looking at my first ever mod. I&#8217;m quite new to the modding scene, so I apologise if there are a few bugs. If you&#8217;re wondering who I am, I&#8217;m Subob! I&#8217;m a 19 year old chronically ill person who spends far too much time playing Sims 4. However, I kind of wanted Sims I could relate to.<br \/>\nBecause I am chronically ill, I struggle with constant fatigue along with other things. This mod mainly focuses on that because I&#8217;m not sure how in depth I want to go yet. This mod was designed to work with Cats and Dogs and the latest patch.<\/p>\n<p><b><\/b><\/li>\n<li>Energy and Autonomy<br \/>\nEnergy decays 3x faster.<br \/>\nSims have the Lazy and Uncomfortable autonomy. This mainly boils down to autonomously taking naps.<\/p>\n<p><b><\/b><\/li>\n<li>What is a spoonie?<br \/>\nA spoonie is someone who uses the <a href=\"https:\/\/butyoudontlooksick.com\/articles\/written-by-christine\/the-spoon-theory\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Spoon Theory<\/a> to describe their energy when dealing with chronic illness. It is a large community and surprisingly welcoming.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Possible Moodlets:<\/p>\n<div class=\"spoiler\">\n<input type=\"button\" class=\"button\" onclick=\"showSpoiler(this);\" value=\"Contains Spoiler\"><br \/>\n<span class=\"content\" style=\"display:none\"><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>&#8220;Spoons Sapped&#8221; &#8211; Occurs after doing things that are physically demanding such as working out or cooking, +2 uncomfortable. Lasts for 16 hours.<\/li>\n<li>&#8220;Extra Spoons!&#8221; &#8211; Occurs randomly, +6 energized. Lasts for 16 hours. Cannot occur if the Sim is uncomfortable.<\/li>\n<li>&#8220;Too many tasks, too little spoons&#8230;&#8221; &#8211; Occurs randomly, +2 uncomfortable. Lasts for 16 hours.<\/li>\n<li>&#8220;Sad About Spoons&#8221; Occurs randomly, +2 sad. Lasts for 2 hours.<\/li>\n<li>&#8220;I&#8217;ll Regret This&#8221; Occurs whilst levelling up the wellness skill, +2 energized. Lasts for as long as the sim is levelling up the wellness skill.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/span>\n<\/div>\n<p>Whims:<\/p>\n<div class=\"spoiler\">\n<input type=\"button\" class=\"button\" onclick=\"showSpoiler(this);\" value=\"Contains Spoiler\"><br \/>\n<span class=\"content\" style=\"display:none\"><br \/>\nWhims occur with equal chance, I don&#8217;t know how to change that, sorry! Many whims are things that a sim can do a lone because many chronically ill people live solitary lives. Travelling whims are things that a sim <i>wants<\/i> to do but not neccessarily can do.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> Finish reading a book<\/li>\n<li> Read a book at the Library<\/li>\n<li> Read a Vampire book<\/li>\n<li> Start writing a new book<\/li>\n<li> Meditate on the meditation stool<\/li>\n<li> Buy a meditation stool<\/li>\n<li> Take a nap<\/li>\n<li> Treat sickness symptoms with rest<\/li>\n<li> Be alone<\/li>\n<li> Ask for a massage<\/li>\n<li> Get a massage from a massage therapist<\/li>\n<li> Hire a massage therapist<\/li>\n<li> Go on vacation to granite falls<\/li>\n<li> Relax in a sauna<\/li>\n<li> Take a shower<\/li>\n<li> Take a mud bath<\/li>\n<li> Take a bath<\/li>\n<li> Take a bath with a soak<\/li>\n<li> Vent to someone<\/li>\n<li> Buy a chess table<\/li>\n<li> Buy a computer<\/li>\n<li> Buy a motion gaming rig<\/li>\n<li> Buy a TV<\/li>\n<li> Call someone on the phone<\/li>\n<li> Find a collectible<\/li>\n<li> Play a computer game<\/li>\n<li> Play chess<\/li>\n<li> Play don&#8217;t wake the llama<\/li>\n<li> Read something<\/li>\n<li> Suggest fun activities to someone<\/li>\n<li> Travel to the bar<\/li>\n<li> Travel to the club<\/li>\n<li> Travel to the museum<\/li>\n<li> Watch a movie<\/li>\n<li> Watch Tv<\/li>\n<li> Build on the block construction table<\/li>\n<li> Watch a gaming Livestream<\/li>\n<li> Win a multiplayer game on the video game console<\/li>\n<li> Play video games on a gaming console<\/li>\n<li> Play video games for an hour<\/li>\n<li> Play video games<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/span>\n<\/div>\n<p>A disclaimer: <br \/>\nWhilst I am chronically ill, I certainly don&#8217;t intend for this mod to speak for all chronically ill people. All this mod does is increase fatigue.
