This preset adds a more wider hip, thicker legs, more illusion of a double chin and more plus size features.
It comes in 1 style and has a custom thumbnail.
You can find it when clicking on your Sims’ Body in CAS.
+ Is the thumbnail not showing? Try deleting the localthumbcache in your sims 4 folder.
