Katy Perry for The Sims 4
This is my take on Katy Perry. I tried to keep the custom content simple and used the same makeup/details for all outfits. Also formal wear and sleep attire if from within the game.
INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS:
-Download the Sim above.
Unzip the file and place the contents into your tray folder. (Do NOT place the zipped file into your folder)
-Download all of the custom content from within the creator notes.
Place the downloaded cc/.package files into your Mods folder.
-Once you have started your game, enter the gallery and goto the My Library tab.
Click the Advanced Options button and tick the box marked, Include Custom Content.
You can also tick the Households box as well to further narrow your search for the Sim.
From that screen you should be able to find the new Sim and place them into your world/lots.
