White Spark, a coast vacation residence with small lighthouse on top of the roof, was build at the beginning of XX century for one of the members of city council in Windenburg. In late 90-ties house was damaged during the hurricane and remains empty for years. Nowadays Hammer and Handle (real estate agency in Windenburg) decided to renovate this house and sell it. So it is ready to welcome new owners. Oryginal historic architecture outside and warm, comfy interior furnished in traditional way makes this house nice place for living.
The house is furnished, landscaped, tested and ready to play.
Room list:
– ground floor: living room with hall and open kitchen, bathroom (bathtub nad shower), master bedroom with winter garden full of flowers
– 2nd floor: kids bedroom, bathroom (bathtub and shower), entertaining room, hall

– copy all 9 files and paste them into your Tray catalog ([…]My Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Tray]
