Hello,this is my first Sims 4 house.House is availble for 2 or 3 Sims.Outside you have a large pool which is big enough for more people and fontain decoration.Inside house at downstairs I made large living room which is enough for using 2 people together with dining room which table is for 6 people,kitchen and bathroom are separated.Upstair I made large study room together with bedroom and study room which can be useful for playing,making some parties and other things.In front of study room you have pool at balcony and gymnastic room which is separated
