It’s perfect for Sims who love outdoors or for Sims 4 players who just like to live in a green environment. The villa is not too big and is built on the smallest lot (20×15). Tried to keep everything sort of compact so traveling distance between all spaces/rooms is not too long.
First floor: Kitchen, bathroom and a living room with dining and living area.
Second floor: Terrace with swimming pool, two bedrooms, currently one for a child and another for two adults.
Roof: Garden.

Creator Notes
So I made this villa around a big tree.
When installing this lot, make sure you have all required packs and recommended CC’s installed and only implement this lot inside built mode with “bb.moveobjects on” activated.
You need these packs: Get to Work, Outdoor Retreat, Perfect Patio Stuff and Spa Day.
See “Recommended Items” for the recommended CC. The only CC used are the exterior windows of the swimming pool and a few curtains in the large bedroom. It is up to you to install them or not before installing this lot.
