The Sims 4 ‘Two Family’ old town house

The house contains two separated apartments. Each apartment has its own hallway, living, kitchen, dining and 1/2 bath at the 1st floor, sitting with fireplace, bedrooms and bathrooms at the 2nd. Storage room and gym in the basement.
On the whole the house has: 3 adult bedrooms, 2 kid/teen bedrooms. 4 full bath, 2×1/2 bath. Items for most skills/activities. Fishable pond, bbq, garden and kids playground are at the back yard.
Recently I had remembered one of my favorite writers C. S. Lewis and his book – The Magician’s Nephew. The main characters of this book – Polly and Digory – lived in houses built very close together and they could pass through attic from one house to another.
I was very inspired by this idea and made a house which will look like that. I would like to make it realistic good old town house and I hope you will like the result as me.

Perhaps used some objects from Holiday Celebration pack (free)
Cheats used: bb.moveobjects, bb.showhiddenobjects, bb.ignoregameplayunlocksentitlement.
Game version 1.15.55.1020
To properly put the house you need to place it in build mode with bb.moveobjects enabled.
Known issues:
Sometimes when sims are used the dishwasher in the apartment at the right side there is a routing issue and they do a loop near it. This case is not always repeatable and does not ruin game process.
