Welcome, ladies and gentlemen, to the brand new community of Willow Creek! (Ok, so, it’s not new, but play along with me.) This up and coming neighborhood is situated on a lovely river, where there’s plenty of fishing to be had. There’s even a community garden! Many of you on this tour today are looking for a place to settle down with your wives or husbands — a place where you can grow your family. Look no further!
Take this house, for example, which we have lovingly dubbed ‘The Rockport’. It features two spacious bedrooms, a bath, a huge living room, a formal dining room, and a kitchen with tons of counter space. Did we mention the enormous backyard and all the trees that surround the house? It’s just under twenty thousand simoleans! Isn’t that cheap? Make an offer today and it can be yours!
Believe it or not, this little house is based on an actual houseplan from 1940 by the same name. If you’re interested in seeing it, I’ll put the link in the notes box, along with the mods that I used to build this house. The mods are not necessary, but they make life easier (and cheaper, if you’re a sim).
This was placed on the Daisy Hovel lot in Willow Creek. I used the ambient lighting from debug mode in some of the rooms to save money or give them more light. The second bedroom has also been left empty so as to keep this within the starter range, so it can be decorated as you please. Enjoy!
