I took the name from the sauna on the upper floor. Termes is Spa in Latin, or baths.
It has 2 bedrooms, but you could make the TV room into another bedroom if you like. It also has a vegetable garden, sauna, bar, pool, roof terrace and several more terraces. The teen girl room has it’s own balcony and a cozy corner for friends.

Creator Notes
Exp installed: Get to Work, Get Together, Spa Day, Dine Out, Perfect Patio, Romantic Garden. It was made in Windenburg on the Summerhouse lot, but you can put it whereever you like.
