At the beginning of Summer gives your Sims a house from a dreams. This residence is perfect for a large family. Your Sims can spend there hottest days of the year and have a lot of fun. The house has big backyard which is excellent for outdoor activities. Also comfy, spatial rooms in nautical style will give a little break from the sun.
The house contains: 4 TV’s, PC, fire alarm, stereo, pool, grill, chess, bars, gaming table, easel and much more.
The house is furnished, landscaped, tested and ready to play.
Room list:
– ground floor: living room, open kitchen with dining room corner, toilet, 2 bathrooms (shower and bath), quest bedroom, childs bedroom
– 2nd floor: master bedroom, hall, bathroom (shower and bath)
– 3rd floor: entertaining room, gazebo

You must have last game patch to play this house.
To install this house into your game:
– download the house
– unzip files
– copy all 8 files and paste them into your Tray catalog ([…]My Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Tray]
– I use Á¤Moveobjects onÁ¶ code, so be sure you install the lot properly. Do not load the lot directly from the Gallery into your neighborhood while you are in Manage Worlds (map view), because the MOOd objects can disappear. In order for the MOO to transfe
