Named after the Oasis Springs lot it was built on, this stunning desert penthouse provides plenty of things for your Sims to do! On the activity deck, Sims can garden, play guitars, have a cookout, play chess, paint, or just chill out at the bar. The angled spa tub rests on another level. If all that’s not enough for your Sim, travel up further to the gorgeous, large, rooftop pool, and lounge around. Inside on the second level, there are three bedrooms and a full bath. On the ground level, a sunken living room pit resides behind the piano that greets all Sims as they enter the home. The dining room and kitchen are further behind, waiting to be used. A full bath is off to the side as well as a small work area and relaxing aquarium. There are two basement levels, with a gym, sauna, and full bath on the second level, and a hobby, activity room, message chair and table, along with a meditation area on the first one. One warning: The paranoid designer insisted on security for this eye popping home, lots of it, so be aware of the cameras and not have your visiting Sims try anything funny! Upstairs laundry room.
