This house has everything your Sims Family need! It is also extremely elegant and large enough to accommodate a couple with two kids. It has an amazing modern cubic architecture and it is nicely decorated in black and white colors. The entrance is very elegant.
It has 3 open floors and a basement. The basement is an extremely posh area where you will find an indoor swimming pool, a Jacuzzi, a small gym, and a sauna, with a view to the main swimming pool.
On the ground floor you have plenty of living rooms, music and study areas, the chess room and a bar.
The first floor is where the kitchen and the dining room are found, along with yet another study room and a cute aquarium. The top floor is where you find two en suite bedrooms and an entertainment area. This house has 2 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms in total.
There is also a barbecue area in the back with a complete kitchen and lots of patio stuff for you to get some tan and enjoy the huge swimming pool that comprises half of the ground floor.
