This home has been created using some shipping containers stacked on top of each other. With and open living plan and a relaxing outdoor area on every level, this is the place for your Sim family to grow!
The ground floor consists of two containers. One contains the chefs kitchen with the latest appliances from the Parenthood expansion, and the spacious dining area. Decorated in cool teal and blue with grey accents and a pale polished hardwood floor, this kitchen is sure to be the center of every home. The other container houses the spacious living room decorated in super modern red, black, and white. It also contains a handy study area and a bathroom for any of your Sim’s needs. There is a set of double glass doors leading out from the kitchen/dining room to the outdoor entertaining area. The dark hardwood decking surrounds a below ground pool with plenty of lighting for night time swimming and some cute decals on the bottom of the pool itself.
Back inside the living room a set of stairs leads to the top floor deck. This is an open air living space with seating and room for entertaining or just relaxing with the family. Both the parent’s and children’s containers lead from this deck. The children’s area consists of a cute but well appointed bathroom, spacious play area with enough toys to please even the most active and demanding of children, and a big screen TV for them to watch the latest editions of their favourite educational programs. The parent’s area contains a spacious bedroom decorated in sunny yellow and elegant grey. With a parent’s retreat with a cosy love seat for the adults to cuddle up on and watch some TV on their own private set. There is also a super modern bathroom with all the luxurious additions that any Sim parents could want, along with a balcony for some fresh air in private.
