Sims 4 Modern Block – NB1392

Modern block is a large and spacious house. It was created for a large family with at least three children.
The ground floor has a bedroom, 2 bathrooms, a living room with dining room and kitchen.
On the 1st floor there is a smaller living room, bathroom, bedroom, room for a boy and room for 2 girls (including 1 toddler). From the small living room, the sim can go out to the large balcony and admire the beautiful views, and at night the stars.
Behind the house is a large terrace with barbecue, and below a huge pool and a swing with a ladder for kids
From the outside, the Modern Block looks simple and modern, but inside it is full of colors and life!
