Get your party on. Although much of this house is practical living space with five bedrooms and five baths, there’s plenty here to entertain friends and guests of all ages.
The main floor provides a master bedroom with a roomy private bath. There is a nice kitchen with a fair amount of cabinet space and a dining area close by.
One floor down are four roomy bedrooms, a common area for those artistic family members, and a common bathroom.
The bottom floor is partaaay time. A game room, a bar/lounge area and a second kitchen with the crazy cupcake factory built in! There’s plenty of extra seating and to top that off is a spacious bath/powder room at the center of it all.
In the back of the yard is a private pool house accessible only through an underground passage. You will find workout and lounge areas on your way up to the pool deck.
The landscaping is complete with few activity spots for all to enjoy.
