This stunning-looking desert home awaits your Sim. It has almost practically everything your Sims need. On the top floor, a game room serves to give your Sims fun galore, along with a bar and full bath. The pool area is accompanied by a garden area, and a spa tub. Have your Sims use the painting easels nearby, or just lounge around the pool. On the second floor, the sleeping area has another bath and an open study area with two computer stations. The main bedroom has its own computer station. The main floor has a nice foyer area with a long bar and the living room and bathroom. The kitchen and dining room complete the ensemble. The second floor basement has a laundry room, open gym area, and bathroom. Finally, the first floor basement has a gorgeous home theatre and lobby with yet another bar. 3) Laundry Room items in second floor basement from My Sim World: http://mysims4blog.blogspot.com/2015/02/simple-laundry-room-by-mysimsworld.html
4) This house was created in Oasis Springs, on the Springscape lot.
5) This homes uses all Stuffs and Packs EXCEPT for Spooky Stuff.
6) There appears to be a small error in the top floor game room with the chess set: There’s only ONE chair! Just duplicate another one on the other side of the chess table in build mode after you move them over from the corner plant. My bad.
7) I didn’t add any musical instruments in this home. I figured you’d decide if you wanted to do it yourself this time. 🙂
Credits: abormotva2 for the home theatre walls, and Esmeralda for the lounge chair and telescope.
