This contemporary, girly looking house has plenty to offer for a single Sim but especially for family, even larger one. Although Lily looks not so big at first sight, it has three comfy bedrooms, pool and the gym with tiny toilet. In the garden there is also a grill area and plant pots.
The main colors of the house are white, black and a lot of rose and lily accents – well I just need to do such sweet house.
Lily Abode contains: TV, 4 stereos, fire alarms, PC, chess, fireplace, gym and other stuff.
The house is furnished, landscaped, tested and ready to play.
Room list:
– ground floor: living room with open kitchen and dining area, bathroom (bathtub and shower), gym (with toilet)
– 2nd floor: master bedroom, quest bedroom, kids bedroom, bathroom (bathtub and shower)

Creator Notes
You must have last game patch (from November 4th) to play this house.
To install this house into your game:
– download the house
– unzip files
– copy all 7 files and paste them into your Tray catalog ([…]My Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Tray]
– in the game open Gallery, find house and place it wherever you want 🙂
