This mediterranean style home has 2 floors. In each floor I left 1-1 empty space, you can make them into a game room, study or whatever you want, that’s up to you.
1st floor has:
– kitchen
– dining room
– living room
– 2 bedrooms
– 2 bathrooms
– 1 bonus room
2nd floor has:
– 2 bedrooms
– 1 bathroom
+ bonus space
It also has a swimming pool, grill and a campfire.

Another mediterranean house by me 😀 That’s a little bit larger than the other one.
I have installed all Game/Expansion/Stuff packs except Backyard Stuff.

How to use in your game:
– Unzip
– Copy all files to your Tray folder. (My Documents,Electronic Arts, The Sims 4,Tray)
I had moveobjects cheat (bb.moveobjects) on, you have to turn it on too when you place the lot to get everything like in the photos. It was built in Oasis Springs.
