On the first floor is the master bedroom, a room for teen, baby-room, and two bathrooms.
On the second floor there is a lounge with a grand piano and two studios.
A beautiful garden makes the family the pleasure of resting in it.

Creator Notes

You need these packs: Get to Work, Luxury Party Stuff, Day at the Spa and Perfect Patio Stuff !
You must have last game patch to play this house.

To install this house into your game:
– download the house
– unzip files
– copy all 8 files and paste them into your Tray catalog ([…]My Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Tray]

– I use “bb.moveobjects” code, so make sure that the fate install properly.
After entering the game, open the console bar , and enter the code: bb.moveobjects, then go to the plot, on of which you bet the house.
Only now you can download the house with your library in the Gallery.
Do not load the lot directly from the Gallery in your area when you are in Manage Worlds (map) because objects may disappear MOOD.

I used the cheat unlocking the career rewards.
