The modern and open spaced dream home that you’d probably never dreamt about before!
There’s a number of open rooms in this works, As you can see.
An open living room / bar / piano / kitchen / dining room all connected in one open "Public" space~
Doesn’t it give a sorta space-y and refreshing vibe?
and As if that wasn’t enough! the roof of it is accessible to a limit and roof top greenery to finish the whole space-y feel.
As for the rooms inside,
There are 4 bathrooms, 1 in the ground level and 1 for each bedroom.
There’s a gym too which is in between a study area and bathroom,
A laundry room, An open art-studio at the ground level.
Though there was suppose to be like a Jacuzzi type of pool.. but you can’t make them here so I used a fountain pool instead.
Oh yeah, there’s only 1 TV in the gym and no actual living room TV . You could try to add it in but i’d prefer it without.
and The reason why i made the windows like half way is to assume to form of a sliding window, but since we can’t have those kind of stuffs in game, that’s the best i can do.
This will be my final work of whatever i have made in this moment, I’m not sure when I will carry on creating more because I wanna focus on actual architectural stuffs now

I actually got inspired by a building in archdaily which at this moment.. I really can’t find it back. Maybe it wasnt even a residential lot that inspired me i guess.
This is kind of like what i would like as a dream home too that sort of made me put all these effort in!
NO EXPANSIONS AND STUFF PACKS WERE USED IN THE MAKING OF THE WORK.
LATEST PATCH REQUIRED TO HANDLE THIS BEAUTY OF A WORK.
I TRIED TO TONE DOWN THE CC USED HERE BUT SOME OF THEM ARE MANDATORY FOR ME BECAUSE OF ITS OVERALL APPEAL.
