Sims 4 Heavenly Pearl

Heavenly Pearl has a modern building style with an H-shaped floor plan. The two parts of the house are connected by a dining room that overlooks both sides of the pool, and the roof above the dining room is transparent making it special as it overlooks the sky. The house has a lobby, living room, dining room with kitchen, two bathrooms, bedroom with walk in closet, children’s room and a separate laundry room. In the yard there is a barbecue, a gazebo with deck chairs, a separate garden with vegetable beds and two swimming pools, the front part of the garden and the last one that leads to the yard. The house is surrounded by various types of flowers and shrubs, and a couple of palm trees and trees have been planted that create shade and create a better impression.
