Hans is a beautiful modern home that reflects the warmth, peace and good energy, both in their rooms and in the architectures and design of the house.
A front porch with access to the building with a beautiful garden, on entering we find a dining room and kitchen with an open design, sophisticated decor and furnishings.
In the next room: the area for Sims who love art, read or use the computer. Here we also have a small bathroom.
On the second floor: The livingroom with a nice and warm atmosphere. In this floor we find the master bedroom and a children-friendly room. Each bedroom has its own bathroom.
In the third floor: One bedroom for modern teenagers, without forgetting that even have their own exercise machine!. This bedroom also has a bathroom.
Finally: a cute and pretty courtyard surrounded by flowers and vegetation that make an interesting design, starting with the small but functional pool, a small deck with seating and a green area for grilling some burgers.
