Do you still enjoy designing interiors? This modern house inspired by the plans of a real architect is then for you. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 separate toilets and a swimming pool. The master bedroom on the ground floor is en-suite and has a walk-in closet. Next to it there’s a room designed to become an office. The open kitchen-sitting-living room shown on the screenshot is easy to play with. Outside, next to the entrance, there’s a small place to fit a jacuzzi (shown on some screenshots but not included). On the 2nd floor you can find 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet.

This lovely small modern house was built in Windenburg on a 20×20 lot.
