It has 6 bedrooms with their study areas (one of the bedroom is designed for kids/teeenagers), 5 bathrooms, a big, open-concept room that includes kitchen, living and dining area, a music room, a home gym area, three balconies filled with skill building & entertaining items. Only empty room is on the third floor, so you can decorate it however you want.
Backyard has a small pool, a woodworking table and plant pots. Also living area opens to a patio that has outdoor dining table, lots of seating and a barbecue.
Ideal for very big sim families. But nonetheless, every sim family can fit into this house without having any issues.
