Eco Line 1.0 is modern and compact (and not so expensive) house for a single sim or a young couple who loves nature but also living in fast way. Open plan and usable space makes this house very playable. The flora and earth inspired colours inside give your Sims a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
The house contains: TV, PC, fire alarm, bookcase, grill, campfire, chess, easel and more.
The house is furnished, landscaped, tested and ready to play.

To install this house into your game:
– download the house
– unzip files
– copy all 7 files and paste them into your Tray catalog ([…]My Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Tray]
