Sims 4 Eco Friendly House

This house is for about one or two sim. It contains a lot of bill decraser items and you can produce your own water and electricity too.
On the first floor there’s a living room, dining room and kitchen in one room and a bathroom. On the second floor there’s a bedroom with a murphy bed, a bathroom and a balcony with water collectors.
I built it in Newcrest on the Comfy Cubby lot, but I think it’s great on every 20×15 lot.
