Modern house for a small family.
The house has two bedrooms, one master bedroom and a bedroom for a teen (or someone else if you like). Every floor is provided with a small bathroom.
on the first floor you will find the living area and also the kitchen and small bathroom.
Upstairs is the teen bedroom, a small bathroom and a study area, the master bedroom with bathroom is in the basement.
Outside there is a nice deck where your sims can relax, maybe do some meditation. And there is also a nice geometric pool in which they can swim.
