A ticketing booth on the pier will start you off on your oceanic adventure!

I build this lot with the sole intention of having it look like an actual yacht. The single bedrooms have built in furniture and storage area. There isn’t plenty of skill building activities but you can definitely turn the seating alcoves on the second floor into skill building areas.
