Sims 4 Contemporary House – NB1392 (No CC!)

It is a modern house consisting of rooms such as: swimming pool, hall, bathroom, living room with fireplace from which we go to the kitchen and dining room and we can get to the 1st floor where there is a bedroom, a small gym, a teenager’s room, two bathrooms and a balcony with grill and deckchairs.
At home, dark interiors that give an interesting atmosphere prevail. The pool in the house allows Sims to swim at any time of the year.
In turn, on warm summer evenings, sims can have dinner on the balcony and enjoy the view of the setting sun and stars.
