This is a colonial-style house, it is for large families. In the house there is a large kitchen equipped with everything a peninsula where you can eat informally. Opposite the kitchen you will find the dining room furnished in a classic and with a large table for family gatherings or parties with friends. Next to the kitchen you will find the sauna so you can relax without having to leave the house, and next to the dining room is the living room with sofas TV and a fireplace for the cooler evenings. On the other side of the house you will find the hobby room full of everything you need to develop your aspirations or enhance your skills. In the room there are also computers to be used for pleasure or for study. The upper floors are linked together and can be accessed from two different scales, one is situtata the corridor that separates the kitchen from the dining room the other was found in the hobby room. Taking the scale of the kitchen you will find upstairs the master bedroom with private bath and two rooms for teenagers or young adults with shared bathroom. On the other hand however you will find the library with desks for homework and comfortable chairs for reading and children’s room with toys and soft toys.
In the garden that reception door access from the back door you will find benches to sit on to enjoy the outdoors, a barbcecue with a table with umbrella and a picnic table for summer evenings. There is also a huge swimming pool and a lot of flowers and trees that surround and protect the house from prying eyes.
