On the outside this home looks like any old church, but the inside has gotten a top to bottom overhaul. This is now a contemporary space fit for any modern family. The master suite is tucked away in the basement for privacy, and offers a large on suite bathroom, pool and sauna, as well as a sitting area. The patio has a staircase that leads out to a quaint, misty pond (swimmable) where you can relax.
The ground floor is made up of one continuous open floor-plan that opens up to a hallway, which leads to a spacious kitchen, dining area and bar, with a view out to the patio and pool area through the floor to ceiling windows. Centered around the kitchen sits a recreational room that could easily be converted to a guest bedroom, and behind an accent copper wall is a bathroom and a discrete entrance to the basement.
Visible from the ground floor, the top floor features a living room, office space, and a second bedroom with a connecting bathroom.
