The house has a large garden with a gazebo and a large terrace with pool and barbecue area.

Important!:
Unzip the archive and put the game files in the tray folder and the package files in the Mods folder. Please open the cheat console [Strg] + [Shift] + [C] and type in testingcheats true, bb.moveobjects on, bb.ignoregameplayunlocksentitlement and bb.showhiddenobjects and then place the lot from build mode (in live mode) to keep the objects resized, moved and lifted.
You must check the “Include Unowned Content” box in the library, otherwise the house will not be shown.
