This is a modern house for your sims. Is small but very comfortable. The creation is indicated for young sims or who purchase their home for the first time and who do not conform to the basics.
The creation have three floors and outdoors for relax. In the first floor, you could find a living room and exit to the garden with swimming pool.
In the second floor, you can find one bedroom, bath and piano. If you like gardening, up to the third floor. There you will find space to devote time to your plants and an office. The creation don’t have custom content, so you do not need to download anything.
