Black and White is a simple suburban home. Everything is black and white. It’s my black and white house in my color series. It includes two kids bedrooms and a master bedroom as well as three full bathrooms and one downstairs bathroom. There is extra room for another small room to be built if your sims family decides to expand. The outside bricks on the sides are black and the front ones are white to go along with the black and white theme. It is a bit of a cross between contemporary and rustic and Victorian styles.
