This unique property was bought by Ferrero Rocher, the famous novel writer and literature critique from Windenburg.
He bought the 300 years old building from Partihaus after they went broke from partying too much and renovated it together with his childhood friend, the world renowned architect Pier Toblerone.
The interior was renovated into an open space loft with a sleeping and working area above and a recreation bath below. special attention was given to water elements, plants and light in the house.
Ferrero is single, rich and famous.
He likes hosting his intellectual friends, sipping Wrench and listening to private piano concerts while discussing literature and arts.
When not working on books and critiques Ferrero enjoys reading, relaxing in the Sauna and listening to classical masterpieces.
