A modern style vacation home equipped with a fitness room, game and bar room, and a beautiful greenhouse on the bottom floor leading to a very large pool and grill area. The main floor (second level) of the home houses a full kitchen, dining room and living room – all open concept, leading to two large bedrooms. The top floor is a resting room with a second smaller fireplace unit for sitting and reading, and a home theater projection area, leading out onto a wrap around deck on the roof to soak up the sun.
