This house was built for Sims 4. My base game is patched through 1.0.677.20. No CC was used.
This lot was built on a 30×20 lot at Dusty Turf in Oasis Springs. It will fit on any 30×20 lot but might not be oriented correctly. You can re-position the house using the move house tool but this will not move the landscaping or other outdoor objects, which you will have to redo.
