This is a non-very expensive profitable shop for a sim that wants to expand in business. It includes four buildings, The central one is the main business . there are two smaller buildings for refreshment, coffee and snacks as well as a small empty room in one of the which can be used for the owners as a relaxing place, and the fourth building for toilets.
