16 poses for injured sims, one of them need the injector accessory I made found here:

To place the sims, you will need the Teleport Any Sim Mod found here:

Just place the statue in the centre of the bed (following the grid). For the couple poses, place 2 statues in the same place at the centre of the bed.
You need the poseplayer to use the poses!

You need script mods on for the pose player and the pose to work.
Once installed the poseplayer, click on the sim to see the poseplayer options and use the pose.
