UPDATE : No More double interactions in pie menu.

This is the parenting interactions updated and unlocked.

1)The original ones were only from parents to child or from “notParent” to CareDependent child
now you can use it
from Grand parents to grand child,
from oncle/auntie to nephew/niece
from brother/sister to brother/sister. (including step sibling)

2)I also changed the ages restrictions so now your elder sims can tell to her adult son what to do. because even when you are a grown up you’re still your mama’s baby

3)“The influence to”, “force to” and, “help with needs” intercations are unlocked,usable and not restricted to the parenting skill; (depending of the situation in your house (mess/homework/puddle…) and the needs of the target sim (bladder/hunger…))

The influence to”, “force to” intercations are NOT working toward Toddler. they are a special case that i need to investigate.

Bugs:
1)some interactions might appear twice in the pie menu.
2) I did not find a way to remove the interactions for the toddler (when he is the ordering sims) from brother/sister to brother/sister, the interaction is working but the chat animation result of a stretched toddler. (they’re not autonomous so just don’t use it)
