The Sims 4 Miss Cyanide Biohazard Top (Mesh)

This top is actually a combination of two very different tops: a black turtleneck and a spaghetti strap tank top. After combining the two I went through the long process of slicing up parts of the tank top and making the turtleneck into a neck piece/harness/thing. Comes in 7 colors: black, white, blue, green, pink, red and purple. Can be found in the tank section of CAS.
